Born from one woman’s own fertility journey, Donate-Or-Surrogate is a boutique agency built around personal guidance, careful matching and trusted relationships. Today, we work alongside leading fertility specialists across the U.S., connecting intended parents with exceptional egg donors and gestational carriers who are carefully screened, personally known to our team and supported throughout every stage of the process.
OUR STORY
Donate-Or-Surrogate was founded in the United States in 2022, shaped by the deeply personal fertility journey of our founder and CEO, Mbali Turner. After years of navigating infertility and IVF herself, the experience that once felt intensely personal became the foundation for helping other families build theirs.
Encouraged by her fertility doctor, Mbali began recruiting egg donors for his clinic. Drawing on her background in international modelling and high-level relationship building, she developed a natural ability to connect with accomplished women who were open to helping others create families.
What began organically grew into Donate-Or-Surrogate — a boutique agency built around personal relationships, discretion and exceptional care.
Today, we work alongside leading fertility specialists across the U.S., helping intended parents access highly personalized family-building options. Our carefully curated donor network includes accomplished women from modelling, academia, business, the arts and other distinguished backgrounds.

THE TEAM
A small, experienced team supported by the coordinators, case managers, psychologists and clinical staff involved throughout the fertility process. We work closely with the IVF clinics and independent professionals supporting each case to help ensure every match is carefully managed from beginning to end.
Every egg donor also completes a psychological assessment with licensed psychotherapist Andrea Bryman, who specializes in egg donation and surrogacy support.
Founder & CEO
Mbali founded Donate-Or-Surrogate after her own experience with infertility and IVF led her into donor recruitment and family-building support. Her background in international modelling and relationship-building shaped the agency’s boutique, highly personal approach. She leads the agency’s client relationships, donor and surrogacy strategy, and partnerships across the fertility community.
Egg Donor Recruiter
Natasha is an experienced fertility professional with a background in egg donor recruitment, case coordination and client support. She has guided donors through the application, screening and approval process while coordinating closely with intended parents, fertility clinics and legal teams. Known for warm communication and attention to detail, she is passionate about creating a supportive experience. Natasha is fluent in English and Portuguese and conversational in Spanish.
Operational Manager
A proud Navy veteran and mother of two, Meaghan brings more than 15 years of experience in reproductive medicine. She oversees day-to-day operations and coordination across egg donation and surrogacy, supporting intended parents, donors, gestational carriers and clinic partners throughout their journeys.
Director of Clinic & Intended Parent Relations
Adila is an experienced fertility professional with a background in IVF, third-party reproduction, clinic operations and intended parent coordination. She focuses on developing clinic partnerships and guiding intended parents through egg donation and surrogacy. Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, she also has extensive experience working with international intended parents and helping bridge cultural and communication differences.
Strategic Advisor, Clinic Partnerships & Business Development
Wendy is a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and fertility acupuncturist who has also worked as an IVF coordinator and practice manager at several fertility clinics. A graduate of The Ohio State University with a Master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Yo San University, she builds partnerships with leading fertility clinics and reproductive specialists to expand access to egg donation and surrogacy. She is a mother of two.
Partner physician at HRC Fertility Pasadena, where he specialises in complex fertility problems and where donor pregnancy rates have improved under his guidance. His clinic is one of the largest providers of egg donation and surrogacy in the United States, with patients travelling from around the world to see him. His practice helps develop and implement cutting-edge technologies in the genetic screening of embryos and new laboratory techniques. Alongside his success rates, patients consistently note his warm bedside manner, compassion and dedication. Board certified in both obstetrics & gynecology and reproductive endocrinology & infertility.
RECOGNITION
Dr. Kolb took his undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of California, Irvine, his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Northwestern University, and his fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Southern California.
