KNOW THE DIFFERENCE
There are two kinds, and the difference is genetic - and legal. It matters that you know which one you are looking at.
In traditional surrogacy, the surrogate also provides the egg and therefore has a genetic connection to the child. Donate-Or-Surrogate does not facilitate traditional surrogacy.
In gestational surrogacy, the surrogate carries an embryo to which she has no genetic connection. This is the only form of surrogacy facilitated by Donate-Or-Surrogate.
