EGG DONOR COMPENSATION

Egg donor compensation: $15,000 to $50,000+

We believe egg donors should be fairly compensated for the time, commitment and responsibility involved in the donation process. Compensation typically ranges from $15,000 to $50,000+, depending on factors such as the donor’s experience, previous cycle history and profile. Repeat donors with successful prior cycles may receive higher compensation.

Travel, accommodation, meals and other approved cycle-related expenses are covered separately where applicable.

HOW IT IS SET

What your compensation reflects

Our approach is guided by ASRM recommendations. Compensation recognizes the time, commitment, inconvenience and responsibilities involved in completing an egg donation cycle.

✦

Your time

Your compensation reflects the time, commitment and inconvenience involved in completing an egg donation cycle.

✦

Travel and expenses

Approved travel, accommodation, meals and other cycle-related expenses are covered separately where applicable and are not deducted from your donor compensation.

✦

Repeat donors

Donors who have completed a successful cycle before are compensated at the upper end of the range.

✦

Insurance coverage

Separate from your compensation, donors are provided with complication insurance coverage for the donation cycle through Universal Family Insurance.
